The Brief

BRWM is a boutique wealth management firm, specialising in systematic investing.

BRWM wanted to look at how they could position their offering to help it resonate with their clients more, as well as support across their marketing mix.

They also wanted support on launching their Family Office - Encore.

Our Solution

MWP worked with BRWM to re-look at their brand proposition, including conducting key stakeholder interviews, and in-depth landscape analysis, to deliver a new underlying brand thread to unite the business as well as a 12-month campaign plan and long-term brand ideas to bring the new proposition to life.

Cambridge Healthcare Research (CHR)

The Brief

CHR was undergoing a rebrand to a house of brands and required both strategic and hands-on support to ensure the rebrand launched successfully.

Our Solution

We worked as an extension of CHR’s team. Leading the rebrand, and its implementation across all of their brands. We also set and implemented their external marketing strategy, supporting with all areas of the marketing mix.

Caboodle Pet Food Brands

The Brief

Caboodle is a new-to-market subscription dog food. Caboodle was looking for strategic and implementation support to ensure a great launch.

Our Solution

We created the Caboodle marketing strategy and led its implementation. Including new routes to market through B2B.

Whilst working with Caboodle we also supported their crowdfund raise.

The Brief

Support the new head of local market in the next step in their career, implement ROI tracking, support across local marketing activations and launch wagamama Paddington.

We worked in partnership and as a mentor to, the head of local marketing, helping support recruitment to grow the team, as well as supporting campaigns across wagamama’s 164 restaurants.
